SEAHAWKS: Reading the field - Teamwork building at Fort Lewis

Seahawks news is at a snail's pace this week (but should heat up when NSS attends next week's three-day mini-camp). In the meantime you're stuck with photos of Seattle players running an obstacle course at Fort Lewis and feature stories about the day there.

Houshmandzadeh on why the Seahawks were running the course:
"We're trying to correlate it to football. It's teamwork," Houshmandzadeh said. "But this is different. We screw up, we lose a play, maybe a game. These soldiers screw up, they lose a life."

the players who performed the best were Seneca Wallace, Brian Russell, Jordan Kent, Logan Payne and coach Robert Prince.
