Earlier this week, Sounders Fan Insider took fans into the Starfire Sports Complex to get an inside look as the Sounders FC defeated the Colorado Rapids 1-0 in a Lamar Hunt U.S.Open Cup qualifying match, which was not televised.

Tomorrow night, Sounders FC take on coach Sigi Schmid's former club and current MLS champions, Columbus Crew. The match at the X-Box pitch at Qwest is sold out with a crowd of 29,000 expected. For those not able to attend the match will be shown on FSC. Kick off is at 7:30
