SEAHAWKS: Reading the field - Hill not accused in marijuana allegations yet

With a court system backed up for months if not a year, Leroy Hill's January incident, where he was cited for misdemeanor marijuana possession, might not come to its conclusion before the end of the 2009 season.

Danny O'Neil reports that Hill hasn't been accused yet, which is the next step in the legal process.

O'Neil also notes ESPN's John Clayton report that says Hill's contract includes a clause that would keep Hill's guaranteed money safe if he were to be suspended for the incident.

Mini-Camp opens today
Seahawk Addicts has a primer on mini-camp, listing defensive and offensive battles.

It also has a short write-up on what to expect.
Tomorrow, the team will have two practices followed by one on Sunday, after which time the team will depart until OTAs begin. In reality, the team doesn't completely depart. Those who live in the area will continue to work out at the facility, and all of the rookies will be given a nice big playbook to go home with.
