It's no secret that center Chris Spencer's offensive line blocking assignment calls have lacked in judgment since taking the roll in 2006.Well, things aren't going to getting any easier, according to the man himself.
Talking to Eric Williams, Spencer said making line calls under a zone blocking scheme gives him more responsibility when reading defenses.

However, Spencer said he’s ahead of the curve because offensive line coach Mike Solari set the foundation for the scheme last season, and now the Seahawks are actually implementing it.Last season, center Chris Spencer ended the season on injured reserve with a herniated disc causing weakness in his legs. After months of rehabilitation, Spencer participated in the veteran minicamp and said he felt 100 percent, according to Eric Williams.

Well Mora looks to be bringing the same youthful exuberance he expressed during his first press conference as head coach. During practice, he was often running with his players down the sidelines and constantly encouraging a hustle, but with less kind words.
