SEAHAWKS: Reading the field - Get ready for the draft deluge

It's the home stretch, and the local newspapers are ramping up their coverage of the NFL Draft. It's been almost 10 years since the Seahawks have had a top 10 pick (Koren Robinson in 2001, ouch).

And yes, with such a full-court press in coverage, some articles are missing the mark. TNT's Eric Williams looks at first-round running backs and Chris Wells. Don't worry, he won't be a 'Hawk.

Over at the Times, Danny O'Neil takes a look at some more realistic options for Seattle at pick four. He even has videos.

To continue...

Here
, O'Neil asks the questions everybody has about the draft and what Seattle will do with the fourth pick.

Over at the Kitsap Sun, they take a look at Wake Forest linebacker Aaron Curry, who some believe to be the best player in the draft. More than anybody else, he seems to fit the Ruskell mold for a draft pick.

In case you haven't been following, NSS has been doing its own brand of draft profiling. Get caught up here.

This week will be devoted to possibilities for Seattle at four, beginning with Matt Stafford today. Here are the next four:

Tuesday - OL Jason Smith
Wednesday - DE Brian Orakpo
Thursday - OL Eugene Monroe
Friday - WR Michael Crabtree

Note: Aaron Curry and Mark Sanchez have already been profiled.
