SEAHAWKS: Reading the field - Peterson: "Seattle was kind of at a standstill"


The Packers made their no. 9 selection in NSS's Joint Mock Draft.

Speaking to the the Vancouver Sun, former Seahawks linebacker Julian Peterson said he's glad to be in Detroit, a team that finished 0-16 last season.

"Seattle was kind of at a standstill," Peterson said to the Sun.

Peterson played for the Seahawks from 2006-08. The team won the NFC West his first two seasons, and finished a game away from the NFC Championship game both times.
