So long, Bobby.
WR Bobby Engram will be hauling in short passes from a different Matt next season. The long time Seahawk is now a Kansas City Chief, according to numerous reports.
Engram's services were deemed expendable after the Seahawks made a high-profile move to secure WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh. The two have similar skill sets, but Houshmandzadeh's age and overall abilities top the 36-year-old Engram's.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Engram had a career year in 2007, recording 1,147 yards and six touchdowns. It was the first time the slot receiver accumulated more than 1,000 reception yards.
The following offseason, Engram had a short hold-out of mini camp after the team refused to re-negotiate his contract. Engram still managed to handle himself with class during the offseason squabble.
GM Tim Ruskell's refusal to re-work Engram's deal proved to be the right move after Engram injured himself in the preseason. He recorded less than 500 yards receiving and caught no touchdowns.
Engram played under Chief's head coach Todd Haley when Haley was wide receiver coach for the Chicago Bears.
Engram was a fan favorite, but at 36 years old and on a rapid decline, it was time to cut ties with the receiver.
