Cole's contract appears wisely back loaded, increasingly making more money the longer into his his deal. The structure of his contract is not surprising because Cole will have to prove he is more than a back up, his primary roll in Green Bay.
Willis's deal increases to $2 million the second year, nothing staggering and less than expected as he entered free agency.
Houshmandzadeh's deal spikes in 2010, going $7.9 against the cap. If he does not perform this year, it's likely Ruskell will cut him to save the room.
